if you are asking about IES exam means, you are not eligible.
for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE EXAM only B.E/B.Tech in civil/mech/electrical/electronics & telecommunications candidates are eligible.
but you can apply for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM, CDS,IFS,CPF, that too during your final year. in this prefinal year you cant apply.

I think you are asking for IES and if yes then you are not eligible for it as the candidates from civil, mech, ece,ee are only eligible for it.

So you are not or if it is something else then you can apply for it in the final year..
