If are belong to General General category or OBC, then you are not eligible.
If you are belong to SC/ST category, then you can apply for this exam.

You crossed the age limit for civil service exam.
You can apply for Civil Service exam only if you belong to SC/ST category.

Hi,let me tell you that if you belong to General Category then you are not eligible for Civil Services examination 2013 unless you are an Ex-Servicemen(there is a relaxation of age of 5 years).
But if you are a candidate belonging to OBC or SC or ST category then you are eligible to appear in this examination.
