Maximum Age Limit For CSAT is:
For General category 30 years
For SC/ST Category 35 years
For Physical Handicapped 40 years
Candidate must hold any degree in any stream from any recognized university.
So dear you can not apply CSAT exam, because your age is above the criteria.

If you belong from general category then you are not eligible for CSAT exam because you crossed the above age limit but if you belong from Category quota then you have few chance to appear this exam.

if you belong to general categories then sorry your not eligible because for general candidates age should be maximum 30 years and your age now above to 30 years.
BUT if you belong these categories then you are eligible:-
OBC = 33 MAXIMUM AGE
SC/ST = 35 MAXIMUM AGE

Sorry friend you can not apply for civil service exam in 2013.
You are over aged for the preparation of civil service exam.
The maximum age limit to apply for civil service exam is 30 years but your age will be 33 years in 2013 which make you ineligible for civil service exam.
If you belong to SC/ST category then you can apply for civil service exam.

First of all ,I would like to tell you that the general age limit for candidates is 21 to 30 years ,so if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for the examinations but if you belong to either obc (only one attempt) or sc/st respectively then you can give CSAT examinations in 2013.
Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational qualifications for the exam.If you are in final year then also you can give this exam

CSAT refers to Civil Service Aptitude Test, your age must have to be between 21 years to 30 years. Since you haven't mentioned the category you belongs to, it would be difficult to state whether you are eligible or not. If you comes under an general category student, then you are not eligible. But if you are from an OBC or sc/st category, then due to age relaxations, you are eligible to appear in this examination.
Eligibility for CSAT 2013
A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks
Candidate's age should be between 21-30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines
5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen
Dear you have crossed the maximum age limit which is required for CSAT 2013 means you are crossing 32 years of age so you are not eligible to apply for this exam but if you belong any other category excluding to general then you have a chance to apply for this exam but only in SC/STs or PWDs or EXSs but also you are not eligible if you are in OBC because you will cross 33 years.

Dear, If you are belong to the unreserved category then sorry to say you are not eligible for the exam Because the age limit for the unreserved category is the 21 to 30 years. If you belong to the reserve category then you have the chance to give the civil service exam-2013 The age relaxation for the OBC category is the 3 years The age relaxation for the SC/ST category is the 5 years The age relaxation for the physical handicapped is the 10 years The qualification is required candidate graduate in any stream.
