CSAT refers to Civil Service Aptitude Test, your age must have to be between 21 years to 30 years. Since you haven't mentioned the category you belongs to, it would be difficult to state whether you are eligible or not. If you comes under an general category student, then you are not eligible. But if you are from an OBC or sc/st category, then due to age relaxations, you are eligible to appear in this examination.
