So in 2014 , your age may be 34 years old .But the age criteria for IAS exam 21 to 30 years old.

SC/ST candidate have age relaxation for 5 years .

If you are from this category then you can apply IAS exam in 2014 other wise not.

If you are from PH candidate then also you are eligible .

if you are from sc/st category than you eligible for ias exam next year other wise you dont .
for age in general category is 21 to 30 year and attempt 4 time this exam .
for age in obc category is 21 to 33 year and attempt 7 time this exam.
for sc/st category the age between 21 to 35 year and no time bar for it .
you should be graduate no percentage required .

The age limit for the UPSC's CSAT examination is within 21 to 30 years. The upper age limit for it is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST candidates. As per your date of Birth you are 33 years of age. So, you can definitely appear the examination next year, if you belong to the SC/ST category.
