AS per eligiblity of UPSC anybody with Graduation and age in mid of 21 to 30 is eligible until he / she got his / her attempts left.

upsc requirement for the civil service exam is only graduation in any stream from the recognized university the higher qualification and the number of the marks is no matter
for the exam.
the higher qualification is beneficial for you in the future. with the higher qualification your knowledge is increase in the particular area which you complete the post
graduation. you had done the pg in management so your skill is good in the management field. it is benefit for you in the future when your skills implement in the future.

by the way my friend you become eligible for just after your BCA as you have completed your graduation from a well recognized university under ugc. your MBA will will certainly help you in the upsc exams but it has nothing to do with your eligibility for upsc exams like civil services .
to apply for upsc exam your age should lie between
21-30 years for general category
21-33 years for obc
and 21 to 35 years for cs/st category.
