I have gone through a lasik operation last year, can i eligible to apply for ias exam

Yes,you are eligible for IAS exam although there is one year or two year
gap between your exam till you are 28 year old for general category.
if you are from any reserved category then you can get additional
relaxation.so don't think by lasic operation you become non-eligible
for IAS,Get you preparation for IAS 2014.
