I am sorry to say that weak eyes candidates are not allowed to apply for the IPS exam.
You will be disqualified in medical round.
To apply for the IPS ( Indian Police Service) you should be physically and mentally fit.
So friend don't apply for the IPS exam but You can apply for the IAS exam.

Physical requirements of IPS exam;-
Vision;-
6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye
6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye
you should not be suffer from color or night blindness.
Height;-
male-165 cms for general/sc/obc candidates and minimum 160 cms for st
female-150 cms obc/sc/general candidates and 145 cm st
Chest;-
male minimum 84 cms and expension 5 cms
female minimum 79 cms and expension 5 cms.

For IPS Cadre there are some rules are defined for Candidate.
ForIPSCandidate visionn Rules:
>> 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good Eye
>> 6/6 0r 6/9 for worst Eye
>> Near vision J1 for good eye and J2 for worst eye
>> Correction is by lenses only and by no other means such as LASIK laser eye surgery or keratotomy
>> High standard for colour-blind test and no inherent night blindness
vision should be steroscopic.
>>Limits for glasses/spectacles number:
(1) -4.00 D for (including cylinder) -non pathological myopia
(2) +4.00 D (including cylinder) for hypermetropia
So you are not physically fit for IPS.
