Last year I have appeared in Civils exam with wrong date of birth. Can I now fill the application form with correct new birth?

last year i had appeared for civil exam but my date of birth was wrong it will one year before my original date of birth
can i apply now with my correct date of birth ..?
this year please give me suggestion
