The IES have the simple criteria of having completed engineering degree in any stream.
IES in any stream is the eligibility criteria.
You have done MCA can not apply.
In fact those who have completed M.SC with wireless communications,electronics,radio physics,radio engineering.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
-> Must have B.E/B.Tech degree in following stream:
1. Mechanical Engineering.
2. Civil Engineering.
3. Electrical Engineering.
4. Electronics and telecommunication Engineering.
-> Final year students of above discipline can also apply.
AGE LIMIT:
-> Age must lie in between 21 to 30 years. 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
NATIONALITY:
-> Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Maximum Number of Attempts in IES is 4 times for generals and 7 times for OBC and no limit for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
But you can apply for other civil service examinations like IAS,IPS.

The candidate must be complete BE/B.Tech degree and that final year students are eligible for IES exam. The candidate must be Indian citizen. Your question is not clear you didn't mention your U.G. graduation details any how if you have Engineering qualification you are eligible for apply otherwise you will not eligible for IES. IES stands for Indian Engineering service. This exam is conducted by UPSC.

very sorry to inform you that you cannot apply for IES examination as basic eligibility criteria for appearing in IES examination is that candidate must have passed graduation in any stream of engineering from a UGC recognized university.Since MCA is not a graduation in engineering stream so you are not eligible for IES examination.
The other eligibility criteria for applying for IES examination are:-
1.You must be an Indian.
2.Your age must be 21-30 years for general,21-33 years for OBC and 21-35 years for Sc & ST candidates both.
3.You have to attempt question paper from any of given 4 streams of engineering as:-

Hello Dear, IES : Indian Engineering Services Only Engineering graduates are eligible for the IES ExamAge :21yrs to 30yrs So sorry to say , as you are from MCA you are not eligible to apply for the IES.

Being a M.C.A holder you can't apply for I.E.S.
As the minimum degree required is a bachelors in Engineering/Technology.
The only Branches you can apply for services is:-

>>Electrical

for giving the IES exam, you need to be a graduate in any of the following mentioned streams.
1. Mechanical engineering
2. Electrical engineering
3. Civil engineering
4. Electronics and communication engineering
And as the MCA is not in the above mentioned streams therefore I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for giving the examination.
No a MCA student can not apply for the indian engineering services to apply for the IES examination a candidates need to be a graduate in engineering like civil engineering, electronics, mechanical, electronics and communication engineering.
MSc degree or its equivalent in the wireless communcation cxan also apply for the same.
candidates appearing in their final year of the engineering can also apply for this .
Examination pattern include 5 papers and the total marksfor the examination is as follows-
For written test- 1000 marks.
for personality test 200 marks are there.

For that exam you should be graduate in engineering and also can apply in last year of engineering graduation.
For that exam no percentage barrier, those candidates are also eligible which just have passing marks in graduation.
Your age must be under 21-30 years , 3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
