Eligibility Criteria for UPSC IES - Indian Engineering Services Exam 2013
Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen category candidates
Dear you are pursuing MCA which is from computer stream so that you are not eligible to apply for this exam but if you have completed your graduation as engineering in any one of the above mentioned disciplines then you joined MCA so that you can apply for Engineering Services Exam
Dear if you have not completed your engineering degree then you can apply for - Civil Services, Forest Services, Combined Defense Services, Central Armed Police force - Assistant Commandant etc. exams under UPSC

NO YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR THE IES EXAM.
The IES has two abbreviations.
IES-Indian Engineering Services-The qualification required to apply for the IES exam is engineering degree in any stream,you with a MCA degree is not applicable.
The engineering degree is applicable only,although MCA is considered equivalent to the B.TECH(but for the software field),but it requires exact B.TECH.
Another abbreviations is
IES-Indian Economic Services-The qualification required is post graduate in Economics/Applied Economics/Business economics,hence you are not applicable for the
IES also.

If you complete the graduation in B.Tech following stream then you are eligible for the ies exam
Category I�Civil Engineering.
Category II�Mechanical Engineering.
Category III�Electrical Engineering.
Category IV�Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
If you have not b.tech degree then you are not eligible for the exam. the post graduation is degree is no matter for the exam,

The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.
If you have not b.tech degree then you give the civil service exam which is also held every year by upsc.

Yes, you can attend UPSC IES exam after completing MCA bcoz you have also master degree and for to write this exam only bachelor degree is must so, you have both degree then surely you can attend this exam.

You didn't mention U.G. graduation if you apply for IES Engineering graduation is mandatory.
IES Stands for Indian Engineering Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission .
To apply for this Examination you should Complete Bachelor of Engineering / Technology Course from recognized University .
The Applicant Qualified in any one of the Specialization like, Civil Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering /Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering .
There is No Minimum Percentage of marks require for this Examination .
The Applicant who Completed M.Sc Course may also eligible to apply for this Examination .
Applicant age must be 21 year to 30 years and relaxation will applicable for the candidate who belong from sc/st candidates .
The Selection Procedure for this Written Examination / Personal Interview .
if you have done graduation in engineering field then only you can apply for ies exam or you have done m.sc from any recognised university.

No, you can't appear for the IES examination. The IES ( Indian Engineering Service) is conducted by the UPSC every year. The essential qualification for the examination is to pass the Bachelor degree at any recognized university in only four following trades.-
1- Mechanical Engineering
2- Civil Engineering
3- Electrical Engineering
4- Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
