I am afraid the two exam which you mentioned do not have much chances for you to appear.Firstly IES recruits only for Electrical,Electronics & Telecommunication,Mechanical and Civil streams and secondly IFS basically recruits from general science fields especially those with Biology,Environmental Biology,Chemistry backgrounds.You can sit for IAS though after you have completed your graduation.Please visit http://upsc.gov.in for more details.Good Luck!

You are eligible for IAS but not IES bcoz only EC, EE ,Mech,Civil students are only eligible for IES.
