It is compulsory for you to be a graduate from a recognized indian university, may be open or regular one and your age should not be less than 21 years

----You must be passed a Bachelor degree form a Indian Recognized university. Appearing in final year candidates are also Eligible.

----There is no percentage requirement.

Age limits;-

21-30 years for General category

21-33 years for OBC category

Yes, You can apply for IFS Exam, Because for UPSC Exam minimum education qualification is Graduation in any field from Recognized University.

Final Year Candidate can also apply from UPSC Exam, but candidate should verify before mains exam if he/she Clears prelims exam.
