Hi friend,
Well mine friend, you have not cleared yet about which examination you are talking about.
There are many examinations conducted BY UPSC and UPSC is not an exam.
It's a commission itself which conducts examinations.
If you mean about civil services then yes you are eligible.
WHY??
BEcause everybody who holds Graduation degree is eligible for Civil services,
If in your case approved by DEC.
SO, best of Luck!!
