Here you are saying about cs. CS means what Computer Science or Company Secretariat course. Anyway if you are doing any course which is equivalent to graduation then you can apply for the exam. For company secretariat course it is only certificate course not equivalent to graduation. If it is equivalent to graduation then you can apply with this course.

As the criteria for the upsc civil services exam is here

-The aspirant must be pass in graduation from a recognized Indian university

-Or final year students can also apply for the exam

-Or the candidate should be pass in any degree or course equivalent to graduation

-The candidate age should be between 21-30

-Their will be relaxation given to the reserve category:

-For obc 3 years

-For sc,st 5 years

-For ph 10 years

And if your course is equivalent to graduation

Then no doubt you can apply for the exam

CS means Computer Science course. If you are doing diploma in CS then you are not eligible to apply for UPSC exams and if you are doing B.E/B.Tech or BCA in CS then you can apply for UPSC exams in final year of your course or after completing your course.

to apply for upsc exams based on graduation you need to have completed graduation in any stream form a recognized university under ugc. you can apply for these exams in your final year and not your first year or second .

while applying for upsc exams your age should lie between 21-30m years
sc/st will have an age relaxation of 5 year and there no limit for them to attempt a particular upsc exam.
while obc have an age relaxation of 3 years and the no. of attempts for them is 7.

so you can apply for the upsc exam right no if you are final year aspirant .but my advice for you is you should apply for upsc exam after the completing your course .but start preparing your self right now in order to score good in the exams.
