Minimum educational qualifications to sit in the UPSC civil services exams is Graduation pass
Min age to apply-21 years
Max age to apply-30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation
Number of attempts for general candidates is 4 and 7 for OBC with no restriction for SC/ST
so if you meet the above eligibilty than yes you can sit in this exam.
Forms for prelims exams will come out in feb 2013 and prelims will be held in may 2013
for upsc examination candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university,
along with this the age of candidate also must lie between 21 to 30 years,
Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:
- Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
