yes, you can apply for various UPSC exams but the condition is that you need graduation in any field and your age must be within 21 years to 30 years and there is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.

if your bank is under government then you can get an age relaxation of 5 years more .

for the civil service exam the age requirement is the 21 to 30 years for unreserved category.

Yes you are eligible for the civil service exam even a bank employee if you complete the degree from the approved university and complete the age 21 years and your age is no more than the 30 years.then you are eligible for the exam.

Educational Qualification

Final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.
there is no limit of percentage marks.
