where i can earn more i.e in civils or in my core i.e software field?

If you believe in earning only white money, then software field is the answer. Otherwise, civil service is the answer. As a responsible citizen of this country, I would request every civil servant to dedicate themselves in the service of nation and not to indulge in making black money. Civil servants run this country and, if I am not wrong, I and you would not like anyone in the service who just wants to make money rather than serving our country. If you want to make a lot of money, you can start your own business. TATAs, Ambanis, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet are not civil servants but the richest ones.
