Hello Friend,
You can get into IRAS only through UPSC's civil services exam. And, the qualification needed to appear in this exam is:
1- Graduation in ANY stream from a recognized university.
2- Age Limit: General (21-30 yrs), OBC (21-33 yrs) and SC/ST(21-35 yrs).
There is no specialization required in accountancy or something else to become IRAS.
