B .Tech &MS both are good career options. in B.Tech you can easily get job by good preparation of upsc exams. in doing MS you require a money to paid a fees or scholarship for this degree. salary is depend on platform of your job. so the good option is job after B tech. i hope you satisfied with my answer. have a good day.
Better to apply for UPSC or any government jobs to get a god life with job security.
Even if you Do MS also you can get job in Private field which is not secure for permanent.
