yes dear of course you can appear in both fci as well as upsc exams.fci exam is conducted by ssc every year.you can apply for that if you meet the eligible.if you meet the eligibility in upsc exams also then you can apply for upsc exams also.so dear do not be confused and apply and secure a good job.
