Friend,since you have done your bachelor of engineering that is graduation in engineering and which is the minimum qualification required for UPSC examinations except NDA and SCRA for which academic qualification is 10+2.
After completion of your engineering,you can apply for the following exams:
>>If you have done your B.E in following trades:
1.civil engineering
2.electronics engineering
3.mechanical engineering
4.electrical engineering
then you will be eligible for IES (Indian Engineering services).
>>CDS : COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES.
>>It is organised twice a year.
>>Civil services examinations like IAS ,IPS,IFS etc.
AGE limitations:
>>General: 21-30 years
>>Obc: 21-33 years
>>Sc/st: 21-35 years.

to apply for the UPSC exam the education qualification required is graduation or engineering from a recognized university,
it does not matters that with which stream you have done your graduation, but it should be from a recognized university,
other eligibility that are required for the upsc exam is
candidate should have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university.
candidates appearing in final year can also apply for the upsc exam.
age limit for upsc exam is 21 to 30 years.
candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.

The process of applying in the UPSC exams is same for a B.E as it is for any other graduate,There is no special system for B.E graduates.
You must know that the UPSC exams are mainly conducted in three phases
1)Preliminary.
2)Mains.
3)Interview.
Now the notifications of preliminary exams are released in the month of february,so you will have to wait for that.Now there are two modes of applying in the UPSC exams
