Being a science student you are eligible ,any body who has completed his bachelor's degree in any stream a university approved from UGC or if in correspondence then form DEC is eligible to appear for the UPSC exams like:
>>Civil services examinations
>>Indian forest services
>>Combined defence services.
>>Central police force examinations.
Note: You will not be able to appear for the NDA and SCRA examinations as your age must have crossed the maximum age limit for these examinations.

Union Public Service Commission is an authority to conducted the Civil Service Posts in India, for applying to the posts in UPSC one has to passed out Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which comes under UGC.
Other that educational qualification a candidate must be a citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 28 years.

-You can apply to exams conducted by UPSC at the undergraduates and graduates level being in the science stream.

National Defence Academy & Naval Academy exams-Eligibility for NDA exams are
candidates should be 12th pass/equivalent and age limit is 16.5-19yrs.You can join

Special Class Railways Apprentice Exams-Eligibility is 1st/2nd division in intermediate or eqivalent and

you are also eligible for the exam like as the other student. Science graduate student are also eligible for the exam. Every year number of the science graduate student gave the civil service exam. The upsc required only the graduate passed candidate in any stream. So don�t worry you are eligible for the exam. The age limit for the exam is 21 to 30years and age relaxation for the reserve category. The exam notification is published in the month of the December and the preliminary exam is held in the month of the May.
For the mains exam you took two optional subject like as your stream:-
Chemistry, Physics, Math, Biology

Age criteria:
21-30 years (for general )as on august 1st of the year you are applying
for OBC- upto 33 years
for SC/ST upto 35 years
educational Qualification:
A bachelor's degree from any recognised university. It can be from any discipline including science.
so dont worry, apply for this exam when notification is issued. It usually comes in january/february. look out for the notification in employment news magazine or upsc.gov.in website or employmentnews.com website
