As now the application procedure is Online so you can apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam from Philippines.

But you should note that in order to be eligible for the UPSC CSAT Exam you must satisfy:

#Nationality: Indian

#Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(Candidates appearing at the degree examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions).

#Age limit:
For General: 21-30 years
For OBC : 21-33 years
For SC/ST : 21-35 years
For PH : 21-40 years

So you should have Indian nationality to appear for this Exam.

Hello dear, If you are Indian then you are eligible for UPSC civil services exam. because citizenship of india is must for the candidate...

sorry dear you can not apply for civil services exam as a phillippines.

There is citizen of candidate should be an Indian.

If you are an Indian then you can apply.

It is not necessary that where you lives.

for civil service exam you must be an INDIAN.

IF your a INDIAN then you are eligible for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.

but if you are a Phillippinies then sorry you are not eligible for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.

because its a rule that candidates must be an INDIAN.

For this exam candidates must be citizen of India.
So,you cannot apply for this exam because you are the citizen of Phillippines.
If you are Indian citizen and live in phillppines then you are eligible for this exam.
Exam Eligibility-
1.Age - 21 - 30 years.
2.Candidates must be passed graduation with any discipline subject from a recognized university.
