Dear you are very lucky means you are eligible for UPSC Civil Services exams but only for one time means you have only one year and one chance to apply for UPSC Civil Service Exams because you are going around 34 years of age or above and UPSC board will release the notification for civil services exams around March 2013 so that you age should not be more than 35 years as on - 01-01-2013 so that you have a single chance to make your career because according to Indian government standards you will get 5 years upper age relaxation with 30 years of age so you are eligible to apply for UPSC exams till 35 years.

If you will prepare hard for the exam then you may be selected easily in UPSC exams but you will have to study for a long time which is about 15 hours or more everyday then you would be able to crack the UPSC Preliminary Exam and after that you have to crack the mains exam then Interview Process.

Yes you can apple for UPSC exams,
Generally the UPSC govt is conducted the many entry level exams for these exams required educational qualifications are you must completed the graduation from recognized university.

And required age limit should be 21-30 years and here age relaxation for reserved category candidates such as;.

*3 years for OBC candidates,
*And 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

So according to your information your age is 34 years then you can apply this years only.

Sorry, dear you are not eligible for Civil Services Exam, because you age is above given criteria.

For UPSC Examination candidate's age should be between 21-35 year for SC Category on 1st August of the year.

So dear you are complete your age 35 years on 1st August 2013, while your Date of Birth is November.

Therefore you are above 35 years, so you can not apply for this examination

you complete the age 34 years when the exam notification is declare.
so you start you preparation for the exam .

Preliminary exam is held in the month of the May
