    Can I apply for IAS exam being a convict in a bank fraud case and ex-prisoner for 2 years?

    hello

    I was jailed in past for fraud in bank where I worked. I am released now. can I write ias. I heard a tihar prisoner was releasef on qualifying ias. so can I write IAS?

    I was a bank official in past where I committed a monetary fraud and was jailed for 2 years. I was released recently. I heard in 2009 delhi HC released a convict who passed ias. Does that mean the person got the job as IAS ? Can I write IAS ?

    Dear aspirantYou can Give IAS exam if the decision about your case is pending and you are not victim of Fraud...the case you are mentioned here is.special because the High Court Give them permission dye to its behavior.but he can't able to get job in IAS,because Indian court and constitution does not allow this.you can sit and cleat exam.but you can't able to get job in IAS All the Best....
