Sorry to say my friend, but you cannot appear for IRS exam untill U complete your graduation.

I am sorry to say but if you are not a graduate then you are not allowed to give the IRS examination.
For becoming the IRS, you need to appear for the upsc civil services examination and for appearing in the upsc civil services examination, you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years and now if you do not have a graduation then you are not allowed to give the exam
