    Hello friend,

    IRS is simply known as Indian Revenue Service.The IRS exam is conducted By UPSC. To become an IRS officer one can qualifying the exam & secure a good rank.

    Yes, of course you are eligible for IRS exam after graduation Because Graduation is the minimum qualification required to apply for IRS exam.

    The minimum required age is 21 year to apply for the IRS exam.You are just 20 years old.If you are 21 year on 1st August of the year of examination then you are eligible to apply for the exam.

    The upper age limit is relaxed for certain reserved categories.

    Hi Friend,For IRS exam Graduation is valid to appear in exam.But age limit in IRS is 21 to 30 years.Sorry to say that you are not eligible for IRS exam, you have to wait for one Year.You can prepare well for IRS in this one year.So prepare well for IRS exam and set Goal of life.I hope you will understand.All the Best

    Dear,
    The IRS examination is conducted through the CSAT examination of the UPSC. yes, you will be eligible for it after the graduation. The minimum qualification is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years.     IRS stands for Indian Revenue Service. The candidates will be placed in this civil services by cracking civil services examination.

    Education Qualification :

    Graduation In Any Discipline From Recognized University is Compulsory

    Following is the Age Limit :

    General : 21 to 30 Years
    OBC : 21 to 33 Years
    SC/ST : 21 to 35 Years

    friend to apply for any entrance exam ,applicants has to fulfill the the exam requirements ,right,other wise i may lead to disqualifcation or rejection of the form.

    so applicants has to be aware of the exam,for which they are applying,

    1)eligibility criteria=

    -age=21-30 years with age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EX-SERVICE MEN/PHC
    -educational qualification=any bachelor degree with no backlog,must have scored good % in all subjects
    -medically fine in all aspects
    -must be indian

    2)which exam has to give=to become IRS i.e indian revenue service as an officer,aspirants has to appear for the civil service exam,which is held by upsc every year

    3)civil service exam=consisits of parts=

    -preliminary test
    -main exam
    -final interview for the short list candidates

    4)where to get application form=visting the website=www.upsconline.nic.in

    The number of vacancies to be filled on the result of examination but everything depends on your marks that score in prelims, mains and interview process and this is higher grade post os obviously you will have to score more marks in the exam then you will get the chance to become an IRS and when you have got it that this post comes under IAS and IAS examination is conducted by UPSC board and qualification required for civil service examination is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and your age shouldn't be more than 30 years and less than 21 years

    Relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen category candidates so you should apply for civil service examination and qualify all stages and get the job and you may prefer for any cadre you want means you may choose any state for your posting but before that you should qualify the exam and get the job and you are 20 years old so you should wait for 1 year then only you will be eligible to apply for this examination

    IRS stands for Indian Revenue Service. You can join IRS
    through Civil Services Exam that is conducted by UPSC. For


    Civil Services you must have competed or appearing in final year of graduation.

    You can't apply for the exam at the age of 20 years. your age must be minimum of 21 years on 1 August of the year of exam.

    Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:


    >>you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.
    >>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

    Qualification wise you are eligible for appearing in Civil services.But your age is less than the required limit.The minimum age required is 21years for all categories.You have a golden chance here.You can improve your preparation to much better limit and you will not be wasting your years.IRS exam is not held separately.It comes under Civil services only.You will get IRS,IAS ,IFS or any other service depending upon your rank in the CS exam.

    > Nationality :- The candidate must be a citizen of India.

    > Age limit :- The age limit of the candidate must be between 21 to 30 years.

    > there is also a age relaxation provided to the SC/ ST/ OBC category candidate as per government rule.

    > The candidate must be completed his / her graduation from any recognized university.
