Yes you can apply for the upsc exam why not

You can write the exam with out any problem

As the educational qualification required for the exam is

That the candidate just need to be pass in graduation from a recognized

Indian university and it does not matter that the degree is in distance mode

Or in regular mode but just need to be pass and also from a recognized indian

University and the age is between 21-30

And relaxation for the obc candidates is 3 years and for sc.st 5

And as you said that you have passed your graduation

Then you can go for the exam

dear u must check ur graduation diploma is 3 or 4 year cource because upsc need only graduation . if ur diploma is 2 year then u not sit in upsc exam .
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen of India,
You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
However,the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3
years for OBC candidates.
YOU MUST HAVE QUALIFIED YOUR GRADUATION OR EQUIVALENT,WITH ANY SUBJECT,FROM A
RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.
FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE ALSO APPLICABLE.
JUST THE PASSING PERCENTAGE IS ESSENTIAL.

dear you need to complete your graduation and if your graduate diploma is of 4 years or 3 years then only you can apply otherwise if your diploma is of 2 years then you cannot apply for the upsc exam.,

final year appearing candiadates can also apply for the upsc exam.

Dear Friend,For UPSC you must to passed 3 or 4 years degree course.hence ,first of all you must to complete your degree course not diploma.so complete degree course and then you can apply to exams which are conducted by UPSC.
