    dear friend,

diploma is equivalent to 12th. So after 12th you can apply for UPSC SCRA and NDA exams only. you can also apply for these Exam in final year of your diploma also.
you can apply for these exams online on following link:
    http://www.upsconline.nic.in/

    AGE LIMIT:
    1. For SCRA: 17 years to 21 years.
    2. For NDA: 16.5 years to 19 years.

But according to my point of view you must complete your graduation then you can apply for various UPSC and MPSC exams.

    Good Luck.........

    dear,

I FEEL VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT THERE IS NO ANY EXAMINATION FOR DIPLOMA HOLDERS IN UPSC SO YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THAT.

THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR ANY UPSC EXAMINATION IS GRADUATION WITH A GOVT. RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.

BUT IF YOU COMPLETE YOUR GRADUATION /B.E. IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING THAN AFTER THAN YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO TAKE PART IN IES EXAMINATION WHICH STANDS FOR INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES .

THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS EXAM IS ENGINEERING DEGREE IN ANY OF THE FOUR BRANCHES MENTIONED BELOW.

    1. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
    2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.
    3. CIVIL ENGINEERING .
    4. ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION.

Re: Can I appear in MPSC and UPSC exam after completing diploma in electrical engineering?

    first of all,
MPSC stands for MAHARASHTRA PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION
UPSC stands for UNION PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION
the eligibility criteria for the examination conducted by both these forums are same .

diploma is not an eligibility for the any of the examination conducted by these forums .
on diploma basis nobody can appear in the examination under UPSC as well as MPSC.

to appear in the examinations conducted by these forums the aspirants needs to be
graduate or an engineer in any stream from a recognized university.
there is no need to worry about the marks in the graduation as there is no percentage bar,
so only passing marks are required to appear for the examination under these forums .

aspirants of OBC and SC/ST category are given age relaxation
for the examination under both these forums which is same .
the age relaxation for the OBC category is 3 years while for the SC/ST category the age relaxation is 5 years .

    Hello My Dear Friend ..

I am Sorry to say this

You are NOT eligible to apply for MPSC and UPSC exams dear

Because you are a Diploma candidate

To apply for the UPSC and MPSC you must have a minimum of GRADUATION from a recognized university

    So you are not eligible

And you try to complete the GRADUATION first

Then you will definitely apply for the MPSC and UPSC

    So ALL THE GOOD LUCK
