no dear ,you cannot appear in upsc exams,basic requirement of upsc exams is graduation or engineering from a recognized university.diploma holders are not eligible for the upsc exams.

diploma is considered equivalent to +2. so you can apply for UPSC NDA and SCRA.
AGE Limit:
for NDA 16.5 years to 19 years
for SCRA 17 years to 21 years
but if you complete your graduation then you can apply for UPSC IAS, IPS, CDS, IFS, IES, CPF etc.

because UPSC exams requirement is graduation . when you complete your graduation then you are eligible for UPSC exam .

2. NATIONALITY:-
~~ candidate must be an Indian citizen .
~~ settled permanent after 1962 .
3. SEX :-
~~ male
~~ female
4. AGE LIMIT :-
~~ 21-30 year for gen. candidate
~~ 21-33 year for obc candidate .
~~ 21-35 year for st/sc candidate .
~~ 21-40 year for physically handicapped .
5. ATTEMPTS :-
~~ 4 attempts for gen. candidate .
~~ 7 attempts for obc candidate .
~~ no li8mit for st/sc candidate .
6. STEPS :-
~~ preliminary exam .
~~ mains exam .
~~ interview .

to apply for the upsc exam you need to be graduated or holder of bachelors degree in any stream from a recognized university.
sorry to say but diploma holders are not eligible for the upsc exams,
you need to complete degree first then only you will be eligible for the upsc exam.
also your age age must lie between 21 to 30 years.

Sorry to say Dear, you are not eligible for UPSC Exams. because you are a Diploma Holder but there is a way if you go for integrated or lateral entry for B.E. or B.Tech. It will save your time and it will make you eligible for all UPSC Exams. except Combined Medical Services, Geologist Services, Economic and Statistical Services. So, go ahead....Good Luck....

Sorry to say that you can't write the exam
As the candidate should be pass in graduation
from a recognized university whether it is the IES or CSE
Exam almost for all the exams the candidate should be pass in graduation
As the diploma is equivalent to the 12th class
So you can't write the exam
As on the basis of 12th class or it's equivalent course
You can apply for the NDA As well the scra exam
Eligibility Criteria for the NDA And Scra Exam:
>> The Person must be pass in the 12th board exam
>> The Person should be pass in 12th with pcm
>> The Person age must be between 16.5-19 for the NDA Exam
>> The Person age must be 17-21 for scra
>> Their is no age relaxation given to any of the candidate
>> The Candidate must be an Indian

Diploma holders are not eligible for giving any UPSC examinations.
One who has done either 10+2 or graduation are only eligible for the UPSC examinations.
There are certain examinations which are conducted on 10+2 basis and certain on bachelor degree basis.
10+2 basis :
>>National defence academy examinations
>>Special class railway apprentice examinations
Degree basis :
>>Civil services examinations
>>Indian Engineering services
>>Indian forest services
>>Combined defence services
>>Combined medical services
>>Central police force examinations
So I would request you to kindly complete your degree then think about the UPSC examinations.
