With qualification of 12th standard only; you are eligible for 2 exams conducted by UPSC.
These two exams are:-
1. National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (NDA)
2.Special Class Railway Apprentices Exam (SCRA)

The Syllabus, Pattern of exam and Eligibility criteria for the both these exams is different.

Eligibility conditions for these exams are:-
1.Special Class Railway Apprentices Exam
Academic qualification:- Intermediate or Senior Secondary (12 years) Examination under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics & Cheministry as subjects of the Examination in 1st or 2nd Division.
Age limits:- 17-21 years (on the date mentioned in the notification).

2.National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination

-IF you want to join IMA then you can pass 10+2 with any subjects and apply for NDA exam. If you clear NDA exam then you will be sent to NDA, khadakvasla for graduation . After you complete your Graduation you will be sent to IMA for training.

Eligibility criteria for SCRA Examination :-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Mathematics and

at least one of the subjects Physics & Cheministry as subjects of the Examination in 1st or 2nd Division.

Age limits:-

Age should be between 17 years to 21 years.


NDA:-

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings.

- Army wings

- Navy wings

- Air force Wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings.

For Navy / Air force wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.

See UPSC is not an exam , as its a Government body which conducts different exams and all exams have different eligibility crieteria.

There are some exams which you can appear after 12 th or during 12th but for some exams you will have to wait for your your graduation to be completed.

You have not mentioned about the exam that which exam you want to go for.

But anyways here below I am mentioning the exams which you can give with class 12 th qualification:-

1. NDA ( NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY)

This exam is conducted for all the three wings of defence viz, Army, Airforce, Navy.

Those candidates who have completed thir class 12th or are in their appearing year can apply for the exam.

The exam is conducted twice in a year.

You must have PCM as compulsory subjects.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for the exam.

Your age limit must be between 16. to 19 yrs.

2. SCRA (SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICES EXAM)

All those who have completed their 10+2 can sit for the exam.

you can also apply for the exam if you are currently in 12th.

You must have mathematics as your compulsory subjects with Physics or chemistry as additional compulsory subjects.

Your minimum age should be 17 yrs and maximum 21 yrs.

You have two exams after 12th standard which is conducted by upsc every year . I have discussed the details of these two exams.

NDA EXAM

NDA examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year .This exam is conduct for recruitment in - Army wings, Navy wings, Air force Wings.

The minimum required qualification for NDA exam is 12th standard .If your 12th subject is mathematics and Physics then you are applicable for all above wings.

The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India.

SCRA EXAM

The educational qualification required for SCRA exam is given below-

OR

Your age should be in between 17 to 21 years old .

There are many exams that is conducted by UPSC.
But for 10+2 passed candidates,there is only two exam.

1)SCRA-Special Class Railway Apprentice.
Qualification-10+2 passed with mathematics and any one subject between physics and chemistry.
Age limit-17 years to 21 years.
4 years course of Mechanical Engineering in Indian Institute Of Electrical And Mechanical Engineering,at Jamalpur.
After course completes job in Indian Railway Service Of Mechanical Engineers(IRSME).

2)NDA-National Defense Academy.
Indian Air Force.
Indian Army.
Indian Navy.

10+2 passed with physics and maths for Air Force and Navy.
10+2 passed with any stream

Age limit-16.5 years to 19 years for all three wings of defense.

Only these are two exams that is conducted by UPSc for 10+2 qualified candidates.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible For any UPSC exam after passing your 12th. Because for Every UPSC exam minimum Qualification for a Candidate is that Candidate must be graduate from any recognized university.
So you have to graduate first then ttry for UPSC exams.

There are two examinations where Minimum academic qualification is Class XII board exam.

They are
