Yes why not you can apply for the exam till you will be of 30 years. Means a student can apply for upsc exam in the age of 21 to 30 years. But, You have to know about the no. of attempt of examination.

If you are candidate of general quota then you can apply the upsc examination only 4 times and if you are OBC then you can apply 7 times and there is no any restriction for the SC/ST candidates.
