Sir, i am a student of B.pharmacy final year.i wish to give ifs exam this time. i shall complete my degree in may month.since i have short of time to prepare for exam. how should i study to crack the ifs exam. pls help me.

First of all you have to go through the Question Pattern for which exam you want to appear. You can download and print Previous Years Question Papers at www.upsc.gov.in

NCERT books are best for the basic knowledge because it covers full syllabus of UPSC.

You can also practice more and more MODEL Question Papers from a sample paper by which you can experience to the Questions coming in UPSC exams.

EXAM PATTERN FOR IFS EXAMINATION:-

--The examination pattern includes both objective and descriptive type questions.

--English, Technical questions and General Awareness questions are mainly included in this examination.

--In addition to this, candidates should select two optional subjects also.

--Optional subjects include Forestry, Agriculture, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Agricultural, Mechanical and Civil Engineering Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science.

--Each paper is divided into two sections.
