Hi Aspirant,
I dont think that the one month preparation is sufficient for the general studies of civil service exam.
It is not easy task as you are thinking. It is the quite tough ask and you have need very hard work and dedication to crack CSE.
Generally candidates take the time of 2 to 5 years to crack civil service exam and you decided so tiny period for the preparation of GS section.
Friend its the toughest exam of India but still can be achieved.
So dont make any time criteria because GS section is very broad and you have need of core study of all subjects which is not possible in one time.
Friend you should join any good institute for the preparation of Civil Service exam and study in proper way and right direction.
One more thing dont apply for Civil service exam from starting because there is limited attempt in civil exam
Attempts for civil service exam
4 attempt for General candidates
7 attempts for OBC candidates
No limit of attempts for SC/St candidates
So you should apply for CS exam only when you are fully confident.
Best of Luck

Hi Aspirant
Sorry to say that preparation of the General Studies is not possible
in one month as you are thinking about the IAS Exam general studies
Not a bank test gk so it will take time for sure as you know
Most of the people are not able to do well in gs after years of practice and preparation
And the main reason is that their is huge scope of gs means they
Can ask question from any where as you know in gs subjects
Include like History,Geography,Economics,Science
So you can expect how much big is the subject
As all these subjects are too big and according to me
You need at least 1 year preparation for the gs and only gs
Because it is the most difficult subject in the exam as you have to study
It regular you can't leave the subjects like other because in gs current gk also
Includes so current affairs are changing day by day
So just purchase the lucent book for gs and
Also read monthly pd and daily news paper
Qualification Required for the exam:
The Candidate must be a graduate and
The age should be between 21-30 and the attempts
Allowed for the obc is 7 and for the general 4 and sc,st unlimited
Best of luck

Best of Luck
