Yes you can get job in Navy through UPSC. You can fill the form of CDS i.e. Combine Defense Services examination which is conducted by UPSC. There are different eligibility criteria for these different academies.
1. For I.M.A. and Officers� Training Academy- Graduation Degree from a recognized University .
2. For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE or B.Sc. (with Physics or Mathematics) for NCC entry.
3. For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
The minimum age limit for this examination is 21 to 25 years. You can apply for this exam at www.upsconline.nic.in

The UPSC conducts the examination for the entry in Indian Navy through CDS(Combined Defence Service). You can apply for the CDS through online by visiting the website www.upsconline.nic.in and then click on to ORA( Online Recruitment Application). For Navy, you have to choose the Indian Naval Academy. The qualification for is to pass the Bachelor degree in CDSE or Science with physics or Mathematics. The age limit is 21-25 years. candidate must be an indian male.
candidate must have passed intermediates from recognized board or university with mathematics,physics and english.

The Union Public Service Commission conducts two examinations namely :
a) NDA & NA Examination
b) CDS Examination through which you can join Indian Navy.
