i have done bachleor of physiotherapy (BPT)...now i want to give exam of IAS And IFS .can i give this exam and hw much time should i spend over its preparation

Yes, You can give IAS or IFS exam.
You have done Bachelor degree and the minimum education requirement for UPSC exam is any Bachelor Degree from Recognized University.
For Preparation:
==> You need Daily 3-4 hours preparation to clear UPSC exam.
==> Daily reading of Newspaper like The Hindu will increase your Knowledge.
==> Regular reading of Magazine like Chronicle, Pratiyogita Darpan, India Today etc.
==> Daily Watching News on TV in english will increase you Vocabulary.
