yes,sir you can prepare for IAS after completing BCA(Bachelors of Computer Application). because for IAS you need graduation in any discipline from recognized college or university with any percentage. if you can manage the time then you can also start preparation with your BCA course also. and in your final year of BCA or after completing BCA you can apply for Civil Services exam that is conducted for the post of IAS officer. Civil Services exam is conducted by UPSC every year.
Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT(Prelims)
2. Mains
3. Interview
for Civil Services Exam your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Limit Number Of Attempts:
>>General: 4 attempts
>>OBC: 7 attempts
>>SC/ST: No Limit

Civil services examination conducts by Union Public Service Commission once in every year.
Requirements for civil services examination :

- Candidate should be citizen of India.

Yes you can prepare for Civil service exam after BCA.One need to be a graduate and age between 21-30years to be eligible for Civil service exam for getting selected in IFS,IAS,IRS,IPS etc.You being a BCA are perfectly eligible.Prepare well for the prelims and then Mains.You have nearly 10month time for the next exam.Start your preparation whole heartedly as early as possible.Prepare current affairs strongly and also you will need to find a good subject for Mains exam as Computer is not among the subjects for the exam.Take help of some good coaching class if you feel so.Check out previous year papers at upsc.gov.in
