sir, i have completed my b.com and now i am doing m.com (part 2) can i answer any exams (upsc)? if yes, how do i apply?

Minimum educational qualifications is graduation pass
Min age-21 years
Max age-30 years
OBC gets 3 years age relaxatoion and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation

Number of attempts-4 for general, 7 for OBC and no restriction for SC/ST

Exams are held in three stages :Prelims, Mains and interview

Next prelims will be held in may 2013

you can apply for the same because the minimum qualification required for upsc examination is graduation.

but if you want to complete your post graduation than it is ok. but also you can apply for the same now.
