    Yes, dear you can write UPSC exam after completing your degree.

    Your college must be recognized university.

    It is not issue that you are regular or distance mode.

    You should be clear that your age is in criteria

    Your degree should be from any recognized university

    After then you can apply

    to write upsc exams you should be graduate,and your age in between 21 to 30 years
    you have the above qualities you can apply for upsc exams

    you can follow the below eligibilities for upsc exams

    eligibilities creteria for upsc exam;-

    educational qualification;-the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity

    age limits;-
    general-21 to 30 years-maximum 4 attempts for cse exam
    obc-21 to 33 years-maximum 7 attempts for cse exam
    sc/st-21 to 35 years-no limit for cse exam
