Upsc requirement the candidate must have complete the graduation in any stream from the approved university. If you are complete the degree from the approved university which is recognized by the UGC/AICET.
The age limit for the exam is the 21 -30 years for unreserved category.
Allagappa university is the approved university, so you are eligible for the exam.

Yes sure you may apply for any of the UPSC exam because your Algappa University is accredited and affiliated by NAAC so that you are eligible to apply for UPSC civil services and defense services exams :
you must have a completed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks but marks are not required very strictly and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates.
UPSC will announce it's next notification in january and the exam for civil services prelims would be conduced in april for various posts in India and for more details and information you should visit at the official website of UPSC board - www.upsc.gov.in
