There is no discrimination between married and unmarried woman in the exams conducted by UPSC.

ALL that is needed is to fulfill the age & educational qualification criteria.

The upper age limit is different for different exams.

If you are a civil service aspirant then the upper age limit is 30.

And if you belong to special categories like sc,st,obc etc, then your upper age limit is relaxable as below:
