No there is no age realxation for women to sit in the UPSC civil services exams

Minimum educational qualifications to sit in the upsc exams is graduation pass
Min age is 21 years
max age is 30 years
OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and sc/st gets 5 years age relaxation.

Number of attempts is 4 for general and 7 for OBC and no restriction for SC/ST

so if you meet the above eligibilty than apply for these exams

in upsc exams all candidates are equal,

there is no advantage given on the sex basis that male or female,

as far as age relaxation is concerned ,
upsc gives age relaxation to the candidates belonging to OBC and SC/St category's,

candidates who belonging to such category's will get the age relaxation it doesn't matter weather the candidate is male or female.

Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:

1. Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
2. candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
3. age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
4. age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .
5. age relaxation of 5 years is given to those candidates who belongs to sc category.

Well their is no relaxation for the women

candidates specially for the Indian foreign services exam

And the age limit is same for the women too

As for the male candidates

Here is Age Limit For the exam:

For general the age limit is 21-30

And relaxation given to the reserve candidates

Relaxation given to the obc of 3 years

And for the sc,st 5 years and for ph 10 years

Sorry to inform you; but no age relaxation is given to female candidates in any UPSC Exam!!!

Also there is no such exam named Indian Foreign Services Exam; the recruitment for Indian Foreign Services is done through Civil Services Exam.

So in order to get into Indian Foreign Services you will have to clear Civil Services Exam with a good rank.

However the general eligibility criteria for the UPSC Civil Services Exam is as follows:

#Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(Candidates appearing at the degree examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions).

#Age limit:
For General: 21-30 years
For OBC : 21-33 years
For SC/ST : 21-35 years
For PH : 21-40 years

no there is no special provision for ladies separately.the same age limit is levied for ladies and gents.your age should be between 21-30 for general,21=33 for obc and 21 to 35 for sc/st candidates.best of luck.

There is no gender based relaxation in any standards other than Physical and certain medical conditions in UPSC.There is category based relaxation in age and minimum marks of qualifying as well as eligibility but for different gender there is no difference.Men and Women are given equal importance

If you want to apply for the post of Indian Foreign service than you have to appear in the UPSC Civil servicres exams.

You need to have Bachelors degree in any stream to apply for this exams.

Civil services Prelims exams forms are being filled right now

No there is no relaxation provided for the women for giving the Indian foreign services exam. although there is a criteria for the obc and sc/st students. A relaxation of age factor of 3 and 5 years is provided to them respectively.

Age Relaxation is same for Both Male And Female Candidate,

And Age Relaxation is only for Reserved Category candidate.

Here is the Age limit of all category candidate:

General : 21-30 years

OBC: 21-33 years

SC/ST: 21-35 years

If you want to become IFS officer then start preparation because Female candidates have less competition in UPSC exam than Male Candidates.
