sure, you can appear the UPSC's examination of IPS(Indian Police Service). The essential qualification for UPSC's CSAT is to pass or appear the Bachelor degree at any recognized university. The age limit is 21-30 years and the upper age limit is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST candidates. You are perfectly eligible to apply for Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC to become IPS Officer.
Minimum education qualification required is Graduation in any discipline from recognised University to apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam.
So you can definitely apply for the examination with qualification of B.Com.
But remember that you have to study very very hard in order to crack the Civil Services Exam.

So don�t worry you are eligible for the exam if you complete the degree from the recognized university.

B.com is also applicable for the ias exam. upsc demands the candidate must have graduate in any stream form the approved university,

the percentage of the marks and the higher qualification is also no matter for the exam.

The age limit for the exam is 21 to 30 years with 4 chance of attempt the exam for unreserved category,

Age relaxation for the obc category is the 3 years and attempt of the exam is 7 times.
