Sorry dear if you are in general category and then you like to apply for the civil services examination then you need to have age less tha 30 but your age will be more than 30 when you complete the examination so you are not eligible to apply for the same.
If you belongs to any of the category then you must have the followingage relaxation and after that you can apply for the civil services examination.
If you are SC/ST then your age needs to be 21 to 35 years to apply for the civil services examination.
If you are OBC then your age needs to be 21 to 33 years.
Here is the whole eligibility criteria for the civil services examination if you like to apply for the same.
You must be a graduate in any discipline if you like to apply for the same .
Examination pattern-

In this stage there will be 2 papers -

If you qualify this stage then you will be go through the -
MAINS examination- this examination consist of the 9 papers and it has the optional subjects into the same..

HI
I AM SORRY TO SAY BUT YOU CANNOT APPLY FOR THE CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION IF YOUR DATE OF BIRTH IS OF JUNE 1994.
This is the case for you if you belong to the general category.
The age limit for the general category is 21-30 years and as you have completed 30 years therefore you wont be allowed to give the exam.
But if you belong to the obc or the sc/st category, then there is a relaxation provided to the obc and the sc/st category of 3 and 5 years respectively.
That makes the age limit for the obc category as 21-33 years and that of sc/st category is 21-35 years.
