First of all,as you are a graduate, you can appear for most of the UPSC exams(AFCAT is not UPSC exam.It is conducted by Air force). Secondly,your age should be within the prescribed age limit for that specific exam. For UPSC civil services exam you should be a graduate and age limit 21-30years.For Forest services age limit is same but graduation streams are defined. For CDS,you need to be a graduate to apply for Army but for Airforce and Navy,you need to have passed engineering or should have degree in Physics and maths.For CDS the age limits varies as per the defence wing i.e. 19-22 for Navy,19-23 for Air force,19-24 for IMA and 19-25 for OTA(Both Army).You can check the website of UPSC for the notifications and there by if you think you are eligible then you can apply.
