in UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM there is not any age relaxation for general category .

age relaxation only for obc and sc/st category.


so if you have complete your graduation from the recognized university then you can apply for UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM if your age between 21 to 30 years.
