For the upsc exam following age relaxation are given:

For the general candidates their is no relaxation and the age limit for them

Is 21-30

And on the other hand the relaxation for the other backword classes

Is of 3 years and for the sc/st their is relaxation of 5 years

And the age relaxation for the ph candidates is of 10 years

If you are any of the reserved group then you will get the benefit of it

Also for the upsc exam

The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university
