UPSC is Central Level Exam. And it is Union Public Service Commission


UPPSC is Uttarpradesh state level exam. and it is Uttarpradesh Public Service Commission.

UPSC is conducted by Indian Government while UPPSC is conducted by Uttarpradesh state government.

both are different
upsc is controlled by central government and the candidate who can pass upsc exam is become class-1 officer and is a employee of central government
while,
up psc is a controlled and conducted by uttarpradesh government and candidate who can pass up psc exam is become class-2 officer and is a employee of utterpradesh state government.
