Well if you like to apply for any of the UPSC examination directly after the notification then you need to open the link www.upsconline.gov.in and then you will see the ongoing registration of the examination there all you have to do is to open the link given over there and start applying for the same.
After that it will ask you for the photo graphs and signature which is only possible if you do the scan foir the same in the system.
After that upload the pic and the signature.
After that the final step will be the payment.
You can do it by the online banking or Debit or credit card.
After the payment get successful you will get the message in your screen that registration successful and the registration id and the password will be given to you.
