If you have cleared your failed subject in the supplementary exam, then there will be no problem.Your graduation is final and there will be no questions from your backlog paper once you have cleared it.
If your aim is Civil services you need to prepare very hard. Do not go for directly coaching classes as you will not understand a single thing without self preparation and you will end up losing your money and most importantly your year.
You need to first get a good preparation.Follow good magazines like Competition success or Pratiyogita darpan. Read NCERT Books of Geography,History,Civics etc. After you think you have got average knowledge then go for coaching classes.

    Hello

YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR IAS EXAM.

The basic ideology regarding IAS exam is or any other exam in the world is that you must have completed your degree.
You must not have any backlog at the time of applying for any exams.

But ever if you had any such, there is no issues even with that.As the usual assumption is that

HAVING A HISTORY OF BACKLOG IS NOT A PROBLEM,BUT PRESENT BACKLOGS ARE NEVER ENTERTAINING.

Hence if you have cleared your backlog,no problems with it and never will be just relax.

it doesn't matter that in how much subjects you had failed in your graduation or how many times you have failed...all that matters is that at time of applying for Civil Services Examination for getting IAS, you should have completed completed your graduation passing all the subjects of the graduation.

The educational qualification for Civil Services examination is that you should have completed your graduation in any stream from a UGC recognized university.

For improving your general knowledge you should regularly read good newspapers, watch news channels and read good books for General Knowledge like GK by lucent.

    Hello my Dear Friend ...

    No Worry ..

You can Still apply for the exam

You must have a minimum of
    GRADUATION from a recognized university

BUT YOU MUST HAVE TO CLEAR THE "" BACKLOGS "" BY THE TIME YOU GO FOR THE "" INTERVIEW ""

Because for attending the WRITTEN test .. they will not ask you

After qualifying the WRITTEN TEST .. you will need to attend for the "" INTERVIEW ""

In that part of the Selection process you will have to

    <><> Show your Original Documents

<><> As well you must have cleared the "" BACKLOGS ""

    That is it

    GOOD LUCK
